Stayed just the one night. Recently refurbished so it felt fresh and clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable so a perfect night's sleep, staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints and would stay there again.
All staff are great but Ellie and Carla do go about and beyond. Only down fall is no on site kitchen ie place to eat.
Needed a place to stay with my 2dogs on way to get some veterinary treatment. Phoned Sutton in Ashfield travel lodge . They accommodated us in a downstairs room. Perfect for us. Very comfortable clean beds, plenty of hot water for us to freshen up. Perfect location to stay with shops, take away and restaurants all within walking distance.
The receptionist on for tonight was Samuel. Fully polite and professional as soon as me and my girlfriend walked in, and I noticed when I went in the room the shower dispenser was broke, and he was straight there helping

Stayed here for four nights in a family room. We chose this Travelodge because of its convenient location near the Peak District, with a large Tesco Express and several fast-food options nearby for a quick breakfast—super handy! The room was slightly smaller than those in larger Travelodges, but still plenty of space for us and our two children. It was clean, and the hand-held shower in the bathtub was a real bonus for the kids compared to the fixed showers you often find in other hotels. The room is also very quiet at night. The car park looked small at first glance, but it was actually quite spacious. Even though we arrived late at night, there were still a few spaces available. Parking was free and wide enough for larger vehicles. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a hairdryer immediately upon request, and our room was cleaned and restocked after two nights without any hassle. Everything went smoothly! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
Someone put a poo bag on is car we told night staff he said he would move It This was last weekend we stopped Friday till Sunday it was under my partner name Robert critchley the night staff didn't move the bag at all not everyone likes green top milk partner does I don't I had to go shop to get my blue top milk plus no there's no other then breakfas In a box no weeterbix.
